Privacy notice

When you create an Optiera demo account, we store your email address, your display name, and a password (held only in securely hashed form). That's the full list — we use it to let you sign in and walk through the demo, and for nothing else.

The answers you type into the assessment and safety check-in are not saved. They stay in your browser during the session and are discarded when you move on — they are never written to our database.

Demo accounts are deleted after 30 days. If you'd like yours removed sooner, email us and we'll delete it promptly.

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies — only the essential session cookie that keeps you signed in.
